I believe it’s imperative to have understanding in our life through our experiences and be aware of ourself in the present moment. We must be able to identify how our past projects into our future. When there is unresolved issues, pain or unmet needs not yet met, it will affect us from moving forward to fulfillment. Each of us must discover the deep places within us, where we can identify certain behaviors, and where we need change. In order to change our reality of an event our perception must change. Our experiences in life, our biology, and the language we use to express our experience ultimately create our reality. Our words construct the world we live in ,and the reality we see. I’m here to begin to encourage, empower, and motivate you beyond the past into the present. My goal as a counselor is to help you find balance, inner peace, harmony, which creates happiness within.
