My Approach to Helping

Counseling is much more than problem solving. It's a place where you can celebrate your strengths and build on them to help prepare for life's challenges, big and small. I believe that first and foremost, successful counseling is built on trust and connection. Many people who struggle are reluctant to reach out. If you are seeking help you've taken an important first step.

Stress is part of life. Many people come to counseling for a little extra support during times when life feels overwhelming. I am here to listen, provide support, and work with you to get back on track.

I also work with psychological conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, dissociation and eating disorders. Talking about difficult issues like these takes courage and requires time and trust. I can work with you at your own pace to manage symptoms and reclaim your quality of life.

Whatever your needs are, I'm committed to offering you connection, consistency and a secure place where you can experience trust and healing.

More Info About My Practice

I work on a sliding scale with a maximum fee of $80 for a 50-minute session. I believe all people should have access to counseling, and will do my best to accommodate your financial situation. I accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, cash and checks.
