My Approach to Helping
I am a Registered Psychotherapist who practices Talk Therapy in mid-town Toronto. Talk Therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps us manage our thoughts, feelings, behaviours, interpersonal problems, and life stressors. By creating a safe and welcoming environment, I offer a space for you to explore your concerns, struggles, and insecurities. All subjects are open for exploration. Any issue that you are grappling with is important and worthy of discussion and understanding. My approach to Talk Therapy is warm, comfortable, caring and non-clinical. The success of all therapy is dependent on the therapeutic alliance that you form with your therapist. It is based on the trust, comfort, confidentiality and integrity that we share. Above all, my obligation is to be helpful in assisting you to understand your obstacles, worries, and concerns. My approach is designed to help you find ways to grow in self-awareness, other awareness, emotional understanding and self-efficacy.
