ANXIETY DISORDERS. can usually be treated successfully by a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy, Somatic Therapy as well as EMDR. There are many new medications as well as non-medical techniques such as self-help groups, psychotherapy groups, counseling, 12 step programs, physical exercise, good nutrition, meditation, mindful awareness, humor, recreation, connecting with nature, and pursuing a passion of one?s choice to have a purpose in life.
