My Approach to Helping
I am a trauma and anxiety specialist and work with 30 years of experience. I PROVIDE A MINDBODY APPROACH TOWARDS WELLNESS. When people enter therapy, they are usually experiencing severe EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, for e,g, anxiety, OCD, depression, or trauma. At the same time, there is often PHYSICAL PAIN, e.g., stomach, head, back pain, etc. This is how the body signals that attention must be paid to the self, NOW. My treatment approach, utilizing EMDR Therapy, CBT, and other forms of psychotherapy, helps patients resolve the symptoms as well as the underlying causes for mindbody pain. I treat individuals of all ages.
