My Approach to Helping

Hello! I am grateful and encouraged that you have started exploring the opportunity to engage in therapy. I acknowledge this first brave step. I am very passionate about working with adult females in their 20's and 30's who have experienced Anxiety, Adjustment or Transition Issues, Depression, Women’s Issues, struggling with Self-Esteem, as well as teaching proper Coping Skills with a focus on strengthening Self-Awareness and Acceptance. I believe the basis of successful treatment builds upon the connection, trust, and alliance built between therapist and client.

I earned my master’s degree from Wayne State University in Clinical Social Work (LMSW) and also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University. I have worked in both private and community mental health settings allowing me to gain experience treating a wide range of psychological and behavioral issues.
I strive to provide a safe, empathetic, and accepting space for you to explore your struggles and fears while assessing your specific goals. I believe self-care is key to a well-balanced life. I hope to provide you the unconditional support and guidance to create your best life!
