My therapeutic style has been described as casual and relaxed and educational. I tend to utilize various therapeutic modalities as well as infusing my sessions with some humor, compassion, and even a little metaphor thrown in for good measure. I use a positive, strengths-based approach built on a foundation of respect, compassion, kindness, active listening. and encouragement. I will create a safe and supportive space for you to explore, develop insight and awareness of negative thinking or behaving patterns that have kept you stuck in your life. I will help you work through issues, problems, and challenges to feel better about yourself and your life.
