My Approach to Helping
We all struggle with life challenges, and it is never too late to make positive changes. I believe in creating a therapeutic environment, which is essential for an individual to be able to express their concerns without judgement. This allows the individual the opportunity to come to an inviting place where one can speak openly and freely about concerns and/or struggles. As a therapist, I assist clients with developing their individualized goals and offer tools that can be implemented in their lives. My goal is to offer guidance and support, so clients can take steps to become the healthiest version of themselves.
My work with clients focuses on fostering flexibility, authenticity, and healthy boundaries. I take a diverse therapeutic approach incorporating multiple models, e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and psychodynamics.
I invite anyone who may feel contemplated with seeking out therapy to reach out for a free initial consultation.
