My Approach to Helping
Good therapy involves having a positive connection of mutual authenticity, respect and trust with your therapist. Listening and exploring with a warm, caring and attentive style is my approach to helping each individual and unique person. My goal is helping people heal and grow from their problems, improve their relationships, and live life on their own terms.

When appropriate, your treatment can also include EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I work with clients individually, and do not provide couples therapy, or family therapy.
My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
One of my favorite guiding principles comes from a quote, that inside each individual human being there is an inborn propensity towards healing and wholeness, and it is my overall task as your therapist to help you identify any obstacles and help remove them from your path, thereby allowing your natural course of growth and self-actualization.
