More Info About My Practice

I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling to cope with grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. And right now, many of us are experiencing deep feelings of grief and loss. If you are living with a chronic health condition or caring for a loved one with one, the lack of outside connection with others can make life feel unbearable. With over a decade of experience working with folks just like you, I believe that together we'll help you find a way forward. Creating space for healing, hope, and happiness.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist. I offer therapy services in-person and online so that getting the help you need is convenient. Visit my website and schedule your free, no-obligation 15-minute phone consultation today.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I specialize in helping those who have experienced a loss. The loss may be from the death of a loved one including a spousepartner, the death of a child including perinatal loss (miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth or newborn). The loss could be the result of a serious or chronic illness such as cancer or Lyme disease to a physical impairment due to an accident. Loss can also be from non-death related losses such as a divorcebreak-up, job loss, or caregiving for a loved one with dementia. All of these different kinds of losses can up-end our world. If you are struggling with feelings of depression or anxiety resulting from a loss, please call. I can help.
