Julie Ellsworth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and other life challenges. My goal is to help you heal, grow, and find your true authentic self in a peaceful, nonjudgmental environment. I am a Certified EMDR therapist, trained in Internal Family Systems and Equine Assisted therapies. I specialize in treating Complex trauma.
My approach is warm and non-judgmental. My intention is to partner with my clients on their journey of healing and wellness. I have been a Social Worker since 1997. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work in 2001 and work in Child Welfare. In 2012 I became an LCSW and began to work as a therapist. I truly love what I do and have a passion for partnering with people on their healing journey. Each client is unique and goals for treatment are guided by the client.
During your 1st session, we will address why you are choosing therapy at this time, and what you would like to gain from therapy. We will talk about your family and past events that you may want to process, and then we will make sure my style is a good fit for you.
