My Approach to Helping
I believe that the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship. It is important that you feel that your therapist is someone you can trust and someone you want to work with. I am known for helping people feel comfortable pretty quickly and I believe you will find that I truly care about supporting you on your journey. I also believe that therapy is a process and is a process that takes time in order to make lasting change. I have been lucky enough to work with people from all over the world. I love getting to know each person - the individual they are.
