I am the therapist and founder of Balance and Bloom Therapy which is an inclusive, trauma informed, and compassionate practice working with individuals and couples. I have 10 years of experience working with anxious adults who experienced childhood trauma (physcially, emotionally, sexually) who want to work through that trauma in order to have fulfilling relationships and a life they love. I help people love those parts of themselves they always felt were unloveable. I help people overcome people pleasing, perfectionism, codependency, and attachment issues to create and maintain healthy relationships with others and themselves. I work with LGBTQ+, military and their family, IPV survivors, and those who grew up in dysfunctional families.
