I am down-to-earth, and my work is rooted in my value of serving others. I have over 25 years of experience and expertise in several ways to offer psychotherapy. Though my role is to offer compassionate and ethical practice, I believe the choice of what and how therapy unfolds is yours! The issues I typically have treated are trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, cultural conflict, and relationships.
