My Approach to Helping
I consider myself a sensible and realistic therapist who at the same time can provide a warm environment that promotes change within the self. I feel that we as humans need to look inward to encourage real change. We do this by discovering the unconscious principles that are at play and resolve them by establishing goals and making our lives more meaningful.
I am licensed professional counselor that believes in treating the individual utilizing a holistic framework. In conjunction with psychotherapy, I consider overall wellness is of the most importance for our complete well-being. Therefore, I also utilize the benefits we can achieve through mind and body work - such as exercise and mindfulness.
