Sometimes life can lead you to feel overwhelmed and preoccupied by worries. It can be hard to manage your day and you may have thoughts and feelings that are hard to talk about. I look forward to helping you. I am an interactive and integrative therapist with a goal of providing you with a stigma-free and affirming therapy experience.
