My Approach to Helping
Do you keep betraying your self despite your intentions? Do you feel that you react to situation before you have time to think? Together we can work at discovering the root causes of your struggles and through this understanding break old patterns and find better ways of being in your life. My approach is rooted in existential-analysis which is a therapeutic understanding that focuses more on as an individual rather than just your symptoms. This approach is unique in that it first strives to understand on a deep level what is causing your suffering and through this understanding begin to move forward in a more meaningful way.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a way to heal, it is a process. This therapeutic process is focused on looking at your narrative and understanding of your experiences. I believe that therapy should be about helping you to develop your self-understanding, your capabilities, and your capacities. In therapy, we look at where you are blocked, hindered, hurt, and where you need to be strengthened through support, understanding and compassion.
