My Approach to Helping
Do you keep betraying your self despite your intentions? Do you feel that you react to situation before you have time to think? Together we can work at discovering the root causes of your struggles and through this understanding break old patterns and find better ways of being in your life. My approach is rooted in existential-analysis which is a therapeutic understanding that grew out of the work of Viktor Frankl of Mans Search For Meaning. This approach is unique in that it first strives to understand on a deep level the symptoms causing your suffering and through this understanding begin to move forward in a more meaningful way.
