My Approach to Helping
I believe that everyone has the capacity to change and to enhance their quality of life.
My approach to therapy is to work with you to support your individual process of healing, self-improvement, and reconnecting to your authentic self. My goal is to guide you in deriving meaning from all of life’s experiences. I use a mind-body-spiritual framework focusing on the interconnection between mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I focus on helping you develop personalized tools and strategies to improve your relationships, recognize and release toxic patterns, overcome addictions, and transmute fears to move into a more grounded life and personal empowerment.
I have experience working with a range of populations, primarily with adults addressing thought disorders, addictions, personality disorders, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, interpersonal conflict, and other dysfunctional behavior patterns which perpetuate the cycle of feeling stuck and unfulfilled.
