My Practice & Services
Leek Therapy is a private group practice of over 20 professional therapists and counselors. Our therapists have a wide variety of therapeutic approaches and include specialists in trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, children, sexual and gender identity, addiction and much more. They are supported by a full time, professional staff of Client Care Specialists that will help place you with the right therapist, with the right experience and expertise for you. When you contact Leek Therapy, we will ALWAYS get back to you right away and place you with a therapist quickly. Because we're a group, we won't leave you on your own if the therapist you chose isn't available when you are, we'll introduce to you a therapist who's just as qualified and IS available to help you.
My Role as a Therapist
Charlene has experience working with young people in non-profit organizations, correctional settings, and in the community. In these roles, she has developed a relational therapeutic approach that values trauma-informed and culturally responsive interventions. Charlene's work with adolescents, young adults, and families is grounded in the belief that all individuals deserve access to mental health care that feels safe, collaborative, and inclusive. She hopes that by building an authentic therapeutic relationship, creating opportunities for empowerment, and taking a compassionately curious approach together, individuals feel encouraged to fully participate in the treatment process they are seeking.
