I have worked with individuals of all ages in my 30 years of practice. I offer individual and group therapy in a confidential setting, utilizing both telehealth and in-person services. I use an eclectic model of treatment combining cognitive behavioral therapy with psychodynamic work, as needed. My goal is to meet each client with attention to their own needs.
