My Practice & Services

With 25+ years of experience, I offer care for couples, individuals, teens, and children for depression, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, and more. The central idea of my service is the inherent power within you to heal and change. I utilize a variety of helpful therapies, including emotional support, cognitive therapy, play therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

I am interested in how life experiences shape our thinking, our actions, and our reactions. Conscious and unconscious thoughts and behaviors affect our relationships with ourselves and with others. Biochemistry also plays a role in how we think and feel. I help people sort through these things and move toward healing.
