My Approach to Helping

Welcome, I am excited to work with people that desire to address their concerns. You are encouraged to access my information and schedule a consultation. My clients have a positive experience during therapy. I am interactive, engaged, authentic, and trustworthy. The attention my clients are given during our session lets them know they are heard, and valued. I work with adults looking to- relax Anxiety symptoms while recognizing breathing, gain Relationship skills, work through Grief and Loss, celebrate ADHD symptoms while benefiting from them, and identify Self-worth. I am grateful to be in service to diverse populations, and cultures of people. I provide pro-bono services on a 10-week continuum as available. Additionally, I provide high profile and celebrity services in the privacy of the client's home, or office. With support and guidance in therapy you may find solutions, gain coping skills, recover from loss, face fears, and utilize positive thinking to balance your life. My clients mention stress reduction, awareness, decreased avoidance, skills, resources, and an improved quality of life from therapy.
