My Approach to Helping
As human beings, we all have lives full of unique challenges, stresses and anxieties that we don’t always have control over. Sometimes our thoughts and feelings can become so consuming that they interfere with our happiness, prosperity and sense of personal peace. Our therapy sessions involve exploring our thoughts and feelings, gaining skills and insight into how they work, and finding strategies to address difficult situations in our lives with healthier, practical and manageable approaches.
Whether your needs include support with coping with the day-to-day difficulties, past traumas, difficult relationships, or you just need someone to listen, I am here to help. Together we will work at a pace that you feel comfortable with, and explore some of the thoughts, feelings and emotions you may be experiencing.
