My Approach to Helping

Hello. Many years ago, William Shakespeare wrote on the need to speak about our concerns, "Put Your Sorrow Into Words. The Grief You Keep Inside You Will Whisper In Your Heart Until It Breaks."

As a clinician of individual and couple's therapy, I believe skilled psychotherapy requires a number of different factors, while taking place within a respectful professional relationship. A therapist needs to have an excellent understanding of human behavior, problems that can result or disorders that can develop, and how people can progress to grow and change. Examining one's difficulties by talking about them in therapy is very important. Additionally, medication can often be a significant help to some people, as we continue to increasingly understand the biological and hereditary factors involved in many behaviors and problems. Thanks for reviewing my profile and the consideration for our working together towards your greater health.

More Info About My Practice

My fee is $100 for a regular session (45-50 min). I no longer participate with insurance companies, but many clients are able to seek reimbursement from their insurance. I can assist you in this process. Payment is due at the time of each visit.
