My Approach to Helping
Life changes and challenges can leave us feeling empty and uncertain. I work with individuals, families, and couples struggling with anxiety, addiction, complex traumas, PTSD, depression and emotional disturbances. If day-to-day experiences are leaving you overwhelmed and you can't seem to get 'unstuck', you are not alone. My background sheds new insight to old behaviors providing the self-awareness needed to navigate day-to-day experiences. Through connection and meaning your goals are attainable, life is manageable, and you are important.

"When someone really hears you without passing judgement on you, without trying to take responsibility for you, without trying to mold you, it feels damn good!" ~ Carl Rogers. When we align in acceptance, support, devotion to the process of changing "self", along with unconditional positive regard, we can initiate change. I look forward to working with individuals, families, and couples to explore finding genuine, authentic, ways of connecting.
