My Approach to Helping

I specialize in working with women 25 years-old and older who struggle with sexual and relationship trauma, attachment, abandonment, self-worth, self-esteem, limiting beliefs, communication, and anxietyperfectionism. Common experiences my clients deal with include wondering what is normalreasonable to ask forexpect; having an inner critic that questions you and tells you what you shouldshouldn’t do; being in a relationship that has you questioning yourself; feeling like you give more to the people in your life than they give to you, and wanting to make change but not sure how to express your needs and feelings.

As your counselor, I can provide you with the safe space to explore these questions to help you decide what is right for you rather than what is “normal”. Session is a place where you can learn to contain intense feelings, be seen and your story witnessed, and develop a rich sense of self and personal agency.

A gut that you can hear and give a voice to can be an enormous asset to living your best life, and you deserve to get as much of that as you can. We can talk before setting up an appointment to get a sense of whether we would be a good fit for each other. Oh, and I come with a sense of humor; we are a package deal.
