My Approach to Helping
I have a PHD in Psychology. I have over 16 years of experience in dealing with clients with anxiety, depression, grief, family and relationship issues, career changes, and other various stages of life concerns. Philosophy of Care: My counseling approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and solution-focused counseling. I am a collaborative and goal-focused clinician who understands that you are the expert in your own life, and I will work with you to tailor our dialoged and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I ensures that my clients leave my session feeling hopeful, encouraged, supported, and empowered, as I work closely to discover the root of dysfunctional behavioral patterns and negative thoughts.
