My Approach to Helping
My approach is based on the needs of the client. I use CognitiveBehavioral therapy, positive psychology and mindfulness techniques. I help empower clients through re-building their foundational skills, beliefs and self-love.
I work with LGBT, mid-life crises, as well individuals with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have years of experience as a CognitiveBehavioral therapist as well as using positive psychology and mindfulness.

I meet with clients on the phone, via web-conferencing (Zoom,), and in the office. I meet with therapy clients in the office or Video (Zoom) and offer phone support as needed.
Appointments with Greta Jaeger may be eligible for insurance reimbursement. At the end of your session and upon request your can receive statementreceipt known as a "superbill" to send to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement. Ms. Jaeger is on the following panels: BCBS of GA, Aetna, out of network Tricare
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love having the opportunity to help a client get to that moment when all the work they have done to free themselves of stress, pain and hurt comes together and they feel happy again, some for the first time in years.
