My approach is based on the needs of the client. I use Cognitive/Behavioral therapy, positive psychology and mindfulness techniques. I help empower clients through re-building their foundational skills, beliefs and self-love.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love having the opportunity to help a client get to that moment when all the work they have done to free themselves of stress, pain and hurt comes together and they feel happy again, some for the first time in years.
