My Approach to Helping
There are many possible events in our lives that can leave us feeling as though we need to erase a part of ourselves in order to continue with our lives. By doing so, we not only can be left no longer feeling whole, but also develop coping mechanisms that may not continue to serve us. By finding empathy and compassion for ourselves, we can become whole again and find new, healthy ways of looking at the past and moving toward the future.
