Hello! My name is Gabrielle Hollis and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing therapy for over five years. I take a person centered approach combined with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help reach your therapeutic goals. I primarily focus on life adjustments, anxiety, anger management, and depression. I pride myself on creating a friendly yet professional environment. I use a gentle approach especially while building rapport and when addressing concerns that come up in sessions to help you re-wire your thoughts and beliefs, that way we can challenge it together.
