My Approach to Helping
As a multi-approach and holistic therapist, I tailor my clinical approach to meet individual needs in a collaborative patient-therapist alliance. I hold a certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and apply Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat conditions such as Major Depression, PTSD, and eating disorders, as well as providing generalized anxiety andor stress management and relationship exploration for individuals of all ages. I believe that individuals deserve to be in the drivers seat in their healthcare choices, and can offer a variety of evidence-based approaches to help you meet your goals.
With clinical specializations like anxiety, OCD, eating disorder management, trauma recovery, stress management and relationship issues, I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages in their journey to actualize their dreams and am able to offer specialized treatment for a variety of concerns. I also have experience treating specific phobias and anxiety related avoidant behaviors. Please note, I only provide telehealth services.
