With today's challenges, we need more effective and efficient strategies for managing our lives. Each session is likely to include a blend of: 1) Processing the influence of family and environment (Systems), 2) Reprocessing disturbing events for resolution (EMDR), 3) Integrating healthier messages (CBT) and 4) Learning new life skills, such as asserting, relaxing, dating, or parenting (Psychoeducation).
My practice is distinguished by the individual attention I am able to provide in the privacy of a peaceful homegarden setting.
