My Approach to Helping
We begin by making a safe place to hold your story. I listen to the themes that show up in your everyday life and help you understand where they create difficulties for you. We explore where these started and what belief systems were established and what you would like to believe about yourself now. In the journey to bringing the new beliefs forward and releasing the old beliefs, fears, and trauma, big and small, are exposed. We process these fears along the way, layer by layer until they have no hold on you anymore. It can take a little time or a long time. We work with whatever pace is the right for you. Along the way, I have a lot of alternative therapies available that help get under the talking mind that resists the shift. We find and use the approach that resonates with your style.
