I seek to create a place of deep listening where you feel safe, tended to, understood, and appreciated. Together we can look at difficult emotions and experiences while also invigorating your connection to well-being.
Because you are unique, the approach we use together should honor your strengths, beliefs, and preferences. There are a range of approaches we can consider, including:
* processing and coming to understand emotions more completely
* art-based therapy
* trauma-informed healing
* body-centered work
* learning specific skills to manage difficult emotions or troubling behaviors
* connection to resources and supports to access outside of our time together
