My Approach to Helping

I have always been interested in learning about others and I have found that being a therapist has taught me more than I could ever teach someone else. Social work philosophy has taught me to meet clients where they are at and I adhere to that strongly; therapy is a collaborative effort between two people. I can offer guidance and options, but I rely heavily on what my clients bring with them to each session. With dedication, willingness, and an open and accepting mind, a client has an opportunity to change his or her life for the better.

More Info About My Practice

I also work well with people with chronic health conditions, mood disorders, relationship issues and gender/LGBT issues.
