My Approach to Helping
If you haven't been in therapy before, you are taking a courageous first step. If you have been in therapy before, then you know how important it is to find the right therapist. I have learned that people want to have better days, they want to feel motivated to do the things they love, they want more confidence, to sleep better, and want to feel in control of their lives. I am dedicated to being with you through the process, or if I am not the right therapist, then I will find you one. Why? Because you are deserving and worthy of all the good things, especially mental health treatment!
Taking the first step and reaching out for help can be overwhelming and scary. I want to make that easier for you. I quickly respond to emails and calls because when you are ready it can be discouraging to wait. You are able to make a tentative telehealth appointment on my website.
