My ideal client is over the age of 18 and is working on life skills or life-changing issues. I also specialize in trauma treatment. My treatment is online based, so it is more convenient for everyone. With over 15 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse counseling, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice. By owning my practice, I can offer flexibility to my clients, helping them navigate their journey to self-discovery by tailoring their treatment plans to fit their sessions best.

My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, mental health, and substance abuse care via telehealth. I specialize in depression, anxiety, women's issues, grief, career issues, life skills, substance abuse, family conflict, and life adjustment issues, using my 15 years of experience in the mental health and medical field.

I utilize EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) mindfulness, talk therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)-informed, somatic, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help my clients achieve their life goals.
