My Approach to Helping
Things seem relatively fine for you on the outside, yet you keep finding yourself feeling overwhelmed by stress and anxiety. You're often on the lookout for what might go wrong around the corner and tired of being caught up in worry. You're worrying about the future, the past, and about what other people think of you. On top of all that, you're judging yourself for being this way. It's exhausting! You know that worrying and getting overwhelmed easily isn't working, but you're not sure what else to do. Fortunately, anxiety is so workable, and there are plenty of ways to stop it from getting in the way of your life.
You deserve to be present with the things that are important to you without being interrupted by worry or stress. In our work together, you’ll learn practical tools to help ease your anxiety, take some well-deserved time to understand your mind better, and learn to be kinder to yourself.
I use mindfulness and compassion to work with women who struggle with anxiety.
