My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is as unique as you. I use an integrated therapeutic approach rooted in existential theory to help you move toward well-being, acceptance, confidence, courage, self-awareness, vitality, forgiveness, stronger relationships, or purpose. I believe that listening to the truest, deepest parts of you is the way through periods of distress. We will partner to explore any inner conflict along with your values, assumptions, and ideals. I focus on helping you face the realities and limitations of being human while also embracing your freedom to choose how to live your life, align with your values, live fully in the present, and find meaning.

I see clients at Delta Counseling in West Chester, OH. We focus on adults who may be seeking support for disordered eating, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, grief, life transitions, trauma, and more. I have a special interest in working with clients who are coping with the impacts of chronic and terminal illness. I would be honored to meet and partner with you through the counseling process! Feel free to reach out to get started.
