We will work collaboratively towards your goals, a deeper understanding of yourself, and the issues that brought you to therapy.
By reflecting on experiences, feelings, and thoughts we will bring into awareness unhealthy patterns and the underlying issues contributing to those patterns and current struggles. My approach is psychodynamic, aiming to overcome obstacles and create a movement towards discovering your authentic voice, strengths, and confidence.
I help individuals with anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, insomnia, depression, and life transitions. Having lived both abroad and in the U.S. has help me to foster a greater appreciation for the human experience. I am passionate about the work that I do and my goal is to support you throughout your journey towards freedom to improve the quality of your life.
