What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I get to spend my life talking to people about their deepest fears, highest hopes, and what is holding them back from becoming the people they really want to be.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

My own struggles (with MS and anxiety) remind me that struggling is normal, and it's nothing to be ashamed of.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

There's nothing better than reaching the place where you are strong enough to admit everything isn't always fine. Because you can be okay anyway. You can learn to thrive amid the struggles in your life.
