My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping you in therapy is to meet you where you are at from a human to human experience. We are all on the spectrum of this experience at some point and all deserve empathy, compassion and support. I bring humor, creativity, out of the box thinking, and a space to find safety. I genuinely want to hear what your story is and help you navigate your way through it. Client centered approach is what you will feel as we collaboratively work on your intentions, goals, wants and needs. Coming from an arts based background as a musician, I always look forward to finding alternative ways of expressing yourself with more than just talk therapy such as through music, nature, arts, and more. I enjoy spending my downtime with the people I love doing the activities that regenerate me and encourage you to find the people, activities and places that bring you joy, peace, adventure, and a renewed sense of mindfulness. I offer telehealth appointments online to make it accessible for you, from the comfort of your home or in between activities for busier days. I also offer groups and workshops over telehealth, at a farm in nature, and occasionally in office.
