What's My Approach to Therapy?
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. If you’ve found your way to my profile, there’s a good chance you’ve been carrying too much for too long. As of January 26th, 2026 I am accepting new clients. Maybe you look “fine” on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, lonely, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that don’t reflect who you truly are. I work best with adults who are ready for change — not quick fixes, but deep, meaningful shifts. Therapy with me is compassionate, and honest. We’ll move at a pace that respects your nervous system while still challenging what keeps you trapped.
My Practice & Services
My approach is trauma-informed & attachment-focused. I integrate IFS-informed therapy when it's helpful. I deeply respect the courage it takes to face old pain without getting consumed by it. My goal is not only for you to understand yourself, but to feel different: steadier, clearer, more connected to your own worth and authority.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Many of the people I work with grew up having to adapt to emotional immaturity, inconsistency, criticism, neglect, or chronic stress and now find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, shame, or relationship pain. They?re often capable, insightful, and exhausted from trying to hold it all together alone.
