What's My Approach to Therapy?

Welcome. Im glad you’re here. As of November 3rd, 2025, I am accepting new clients. If you’ve found your way here, it may be a tender or difficult time. Psychotherapy can be a life-changing process — loosening old patterns and opening space for more vitality, connection, and creativity. I work best with people who are ready to look inward and make meaningful changes, even when it feels hard. My style is honest, compassionate, and direct, and I deeply respect both how challenging and life-affirming this work can be.

My Practice & Services

I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Optum insurance, with a small number of private pay spots for motivated clients. I offer a free 15-minute consult so we can get to know each other and see if it feels like a good fit. Email is the best way to reach me.

I see clients statewide in Massachusetts. This also includes (but is not limited to): Brookline (02446), Salem (01970) and Belchertown (01007).

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Clients often come to me when they are healing from trauma, struggling with anxiety, depression, or loneliness, or wishing for closer relationships. I especially value working with people who bring honesty and openness to the process.
