I strive to create a safe space for clients to explore and successfully address the challenges that bring you to therapy. I use a variety of techniques including cognitive therapies, mindfulness and improved communication skills. I will help you develop healthier life skills.

I am currently providing counseling services via a HIPAA certified Video - Telehealth platform called doxy.me... and I will be in person soon! Telehealth will remain an option.
