My Approach to Helping
I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of Depression, Adoption Issues, Anxiety, OCD, Eating Disorders, ADHD, Trauma, and Substance Abuse.
Psychotherapy is a systematic method of treatment in which patient and therapist meet at regularly scheduled intervals to discuss troubling problems and feelings. The relationship between patient and therapist is a collaborative effort. Therapy may lead to an increase in self-knowledge and provide symptom reduction. Many patients find improvement in overall well-being and quality of life.
