My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling depressed, anxious or stressed? Are you having difficulty in your life or feel out of sorts, stuck or uncertain. Do you struggle with chronic illness, parental challenges or trauma? Whatever the issue, the common need and goals that you may be seeking is balance, acceptance, freedom, coping skills and an understanding to maintain the change you desire. I utilize interventions that stem from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing all of which are evidenced-based practices to work towards identified goals.
My role is to guide and help you along the process that leads to a decision that is best for you or to assist you in taking actions that lead to desired change and a more balanced lifestyle. My practice is a telepsychology practice which means it is 100% online and can accommodate most schedules and provides a convenience that most individuals enjoy.
