My Approach to Helping
Therapy can be helpful for everyone, not just for people struggling with mental health diagnoses. Whether you’re looking for help managing symptoms of a disorder or simply pursuing internal growth, therapy can be a valuable tool in one’s life journey. I provide weekly therapy sessions where we work together to explore patterns of behavior, symptoms, relationships, and anything else that is important to you in your life – both past and present.
Our sessions together won’t be meant to “fix” you, but to give you the space to process and understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It takes tremendous courage and strength to delve into your internal world, and my goal is to help guide you through the process because no one should have to do it alone.
I have experience working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance use and addictive behaviors, trauma, and dissociation.
