Therapy can be helpful for everyone, not just for people struggling with mental health diagnoses. I provide weekly therapy sessions where we work together to explore patterns of behavior, symptoms, relationships, and anything else that is important to you in your life – both past and present.
Our sessions together will give you the space to process and understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Once we build up your self-awareness and increase your understanding of yourself, we'll explore and implement therapeutic tools that work for you.
I have experience working with mood and depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance use and addictive behaviors, and trauma.
