My Approach to Helping
We all need a safe space to connect, process, and find our way in life.
I am an Emotionally Focused Therapy trained counselor who focuses on helping my clients heal from attachment injuries and leverage their strengths and experiences to bridge the gaps in their lives and reconnect with themselves and the people around them. Together, we will bridge the gaps in your life and help you live a more integrated manner by exploring your negative emotional cycles and helping you discover new ways to engage with your emotions. In doing so, we will work together to help you stay grounded in times of stress and conflict in your life, be more aware of your own experience, and become more proficient at communicating what you truly feel and need with those around you. We were made for connection and it is my hope to help you begin your journey to bridging the gaps in your life.
I promise to prioritize a trauma-informed approach to create a safe environment for you as you come with your struggles. I have experience working with clients who are neuro-divergent (ADHD, ASD), and suffering from depression, technology addictions, or anxiety.
