I have been in the mental health field for over 25 years. I earned my MSW from Virginia Commonwealth University and have been an LCSW since 1995. My caring and genuine approach will help you identify underlying issues and learn skills to promote healing. I believe that when we can tell our story without fear of judgment, in a safe space with someone we trust, we can uncover our authentic voice, discover our strengths, and feel empowered to cope, heal and live.
