My Approach to Helping

My approach to helping begins with providing a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment in which you and I can explore and discuss your thoughts, feelings, experiences, behaviors, challenges, stressors, and goals.
I achieve this through the use of active listening, compassion, and assessment.
I also use a variety of therapeutic approaches to both meet you where you are, as well as support you in restoring balance, health, and happiness in your life.
