Aaron has been in the mental health field for over 13 years and works from a constructivist framework that is best described as holistic and evidence-based. Elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Collaborative Stage Model, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Mindfulness/Meditation are blended to create an effective form of treatment. This modern approach has the power to transform the whole person, including mind, body, and spirit. Therapy takes place in the context of a supportive and safe environment.
